Hosting collective events
With collective events you can host an event with your team members and let invitees pick a time when you're all available simultaneously.
Collective events are multi-user events that allow invitees to schedule a meeting with multiple members of your team at the same time.
Common scenarios for collective events are:
  • job interview co-hosted by a hiring manager, a team member, and possibly a recruiter.
  • customer support call co-hosted by an account manager and a support engineer
  • startup pitch meetings co-hosted by two co-founders
  • sales meeting co-hosted by a sales representative and an account manager
The hosts of collective events can be one or more members of a team.
When building the available times, Zeeg will ensure that the times shown to the invitee won't conflict with any events already scheduled for any of the hosts whether in their Zeeg account or in their connected calendars.

  1. 1.
    You must have an organization.
    • Check with your colleagues if your company already has a Zeeg organization, and ask the organization owner to add you.
    • If that's not the case, you can create an organization company by following this guide.
  2. 2.
You must be a member of at least one team.
    • Check with your colleagues if your group has already a team in Zeeg, and ask the team manager to add you.
    • If that's not the case, you can create a team by following this guide.

Creating a collective event scheduling page

1. From the dashboard, click on Create a scheduling page and select Collective events.
2. Select the team that its members will be hosting the events.
3. Select the team members who will be hosting the events.
4. Set your desired event title.
5. Set the meeting duration.
6. Select one or more locations for the meeting.
Zeeg automatically detects the available locations based on the locations available to each host.
7. Optionally enter any description or instructions that the invitee should read on the scheduling page.
8. Set the scheduling link.
As you can see in the previous picture, the link is part of the team's address, i.e.
9. Finally, activate the scheduling page.
Now your collective event scheduling page is ready and only offers the time when all the hosts are available for the meeting.
To accept payments for collective events, the Organization Owner must have integrated Stripe with their account. The payments for collective events are then handled via their Stripe account.
