Times should be blocked, but are displayed as available?
If times are shown as available on your appointment page even though they should be blocked by existing appointments, follow these steps:
Check your calendar connections - Go to Calendar connections - Make sure that the correct calendar is selected for the conflict check - Check that all relevant calendars are connected
check the status of your calendar appointments - In your calendar, the appointments should be marked as ‘Busy’/"Booked’ - Appointments with the status ‘Free’ or ‘Tentative’ do not block any times in Zeeg
check the settings of your appointment page - Go to your appointment page and open the ‘Availability’ tab - Make sure that the correct schedule is selected - If ‘Set individual schedule’ is activated, check the set times
fix synchronisation problems - Refresh your calendar connection in Zeeg - Sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes for changes in your calendar to be synchronised with Zeeg
