Shared collective events

Shared collective events can be co-hosted by one or more organization users, whether they are on the same team or not.

Last updated 2 years ago

Shared collective events are multiuser events that are co-hosted by multiple users of an organization; these events allow the invitee to schedule a meeting when all the hosts are available.

Shared collective events are helpful for:

  • customer support call co-hosted by an account manager and a support engineer

  • job interview co-hosted by a hiring manager, a team member, and possibly a recruiter.

The hosts of collective events can be one or more organization users.

Requirement

You must be in an organization.

  • Check with your colleagues if your company already has a Zeeg organization, and ask the organization owner or an organization admin to .

  • If that's not the case, you can create an organization company by following .

  • When creating a shared collective event scheduling page, you must be one of the hosts of the event

The organization owner and organization admins can create shared collective events for other users without themselves being a host.

Creating a shared collective event scheduling page

1. From the , click on Create a scheduling page and select .

2. Select Organization users.

3. Select the organization users who will be hosting the events.

4. Set your desired event title.

5. Set the meeting duration.

6. Select a location for the meeting.

Zeeg automatically detects the available locations based on the locations available to each host.

7. Enter any description or instructions the invitee should read on the scheduling page.

9. Finally, cline on Save.

The scheduling page link will be automatically created and shown to you. It will be addressed similar to zeeg.me/C/random_string/event_title

Now your shared collective event scheduling page is ready and only offers the time when all the hosts are available for the meeting.
