  • meeting:schedules_read: Zeeg uses this scope to show you the Webex meeting details in your dashboard.

  • meeting:schedules_write: Zeeg uses this scope create Webex meeting when an event is scheduled for you.

  • spark:people_read: This scope is used to show your connected Webex account information in your dashboard.

Admin Approval

When connecting Webex, if you receive an "Access denied" message and cannot continue, your Webex administrator may need to approve the Zeeg app.

To find your Webex administrator, view this article.

Your administrator can configure user access to integrations in Control Hub to either allow Global Access to all apps, or allow access only to Zeeg.

What data from Webex does Zeeg store?

Zeeg retains specific types of Webex data, including:

  • Details of Webex meetings: These are generated when meetings are scheduled through Zeeg and are kept as the location information for each meeting.

  • Information about Webex users: This helps in linking the appropriate Webex account with the corresponding Zeeg user.

  • Encrypted access and refresh tokens: Zeeg maintains these tokens to facilitate automatic refresh processes, ensuring a stable connection with Webex.

It's important to note that Zeeg does not access or keep any recordings from Webex.
