When you signed up for Zeeg, you set your typical days and hours of availability during the onboarding wizard. Zeeg automatically created a "Working Hours" schedule for you, which it uses to determine when you're available to host meetings.
Availability schedules can be helpful in various scenarios, such as:
If you work multiple jobs with unique schedules, you can create separate availability schedules for each job in Zeeg and apply them to the corresponding scheduling pages.
If you have specific events or commitments that require limiting your availability, you can create an availability schedule that reflects those limitations.
If you have special events or periods where you want to offer extended availability, you can create an availability schedule that reflects that increased availability and apply it to the relevant scheduling pages.
If you offer a similar set of services but at different locations, it may be beneficial to have different availability schedules for each location.
You can create a new availability schedule or edit existing ones from the Availability schedules page.
Click on + Create new schedule and then enter a name for your availability schedule.
You can view and edit your availability schedule in either List view or Calendar view:
Choose List view for recurring weekly availability.
Use Calendar view for date-specific availability.
In the Availability Schedules page, when creating or editing a schedule, select List view.
In the Weekly hours section, you can define your available hours for each weekday.
Adding multiple intervals allows you to accommodate breaks, such as lunch or gym time, throughout your workday. For example, you can create an 8:00-12:00 am interval and another 1:30-5:00 pm interval to block out time for lunch.
When a weekday has no available timespans, it automatically becomes unavailable.
Using Date Overrides, you can customize your availability for specific dates, allowing you to:
Add additional hours to a day outside of your normal schedule
Edit existing hours on a specific date
Make yourself unavailable on a specific date
Using date overrides is useful for accommodating exceptions to your typical weekly schedule. For example, if you know you will be traveling on a particular date and will not be available to book appointments.
When you're done, click on Apply Override.
Remember that when you edit an availability schedule, all your scheduling pages that use that schedule will be updated with the new availability.
