How to set up Zeeg in four quick steps

Learn how to set up Zeeg in just four quick steps with this guide. Customize your profile, integrate your calendars, and more to start scheduling meetings with ease.

Last updated 1 year ago

If you've just signed up for Zeeg, you'll first want to complete the four-step wizard process. This process will help you set up your profile, integrate your calendars, and define your available hours, all in just a few minutes. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you through the process:

1. Personalize your Profile

The first step in the wizard process is to personalize your profile. You can add your first and last name and customize your Zeeg page link to make it easier for people to find you. After entering your information, click Next to move on to the next step.

You can always change this information later from your Account Settings.

2. Integrate your calendars

The second step is to integrate your calendars with Zeeg. When you connect your calendars, Zeeg will automatically check your availability before scheduling meetings. This helps to prevent conflicts and ensures that your meetings are scheduled at a convenient time for you. To integrate your calendar, simply click on its icon and follow the prompts.

3. Choose your calendars

After integrating your calendars, you can choose which calendars Zeeg should check for conflicts and where it should add your scheduled meetings. This step is important to ensure that your meetings are scheduled at a time that works for you and doesn't conflict with other events on your calendar.

4. Define your available hours

In the final step of the wizard process, you'll define your weekly available hours. These hours will be used as the default when creating a scheduling page, but you can always change them as needed. Once you've defined your available hours, click "Finish" to complete the wizard process.

After completing the wizard process, you'll be directed to your Dashboard. From here, you can start creating scheduling pages.

To improve your scheduling experience even further, we recommend completing a few additional steps by clicking on Getting Started in the bottom-left corner of the Dashboard.

If you prefer not to integrate your calendar at this time, you can skip this step and move on to the next one. You can always connect your calendars from .
