When defining your available times for a scheduling page or when you want to create a new availability schedule, you can choose the time zone for that schedule. You might be curious about its necessity, so let’s make it clear through some examples:

1. Carmen lives in Germany, but she travels a lot. She has to take lots of business trips to Turkey (TΓΌrkiye) and England. Carmen uses Zeeg as her scheduling assistant to arrange meetings with Turkish and English customers.

She creates scheduling pages for her upcoming meetings before embarking on a trip. Then, she shares the link with those she is meeting. She needs to define her available times based on the country's time zone where she will hold the meeting. For instance, she wants the meeting to be arranged between 10-13 a.m. Istanbul time and not 10-13 a.m. CET.

The only thing Carmen needs to do is to update the time zone set in the schedule.

2. Sara is another Zeeg user who lives in Canada. She is the marketing manager of a Canadian company. Sara arranges many online customer meetings on Google Meet, all automated by Zeeg.

She is going to travel to Germany and stay there for three weeks. So, she needs to organize her meetings during her stay based on the Berlin time zone. To do so, she only needs to set the time zone in Berlin. As a result, there would no longer be a need to calculate the time difference or define another schedule.
